Festive stage events in conjunction with the His Majesty's 79th Birthday Celebration continued 17th August night with various performances.

In Bandar Seri Begawan, the Karyatif Kids Showcase and Talent Show was held. It was organised by Revolution Records Company.

The Era Kugiran Tahun 2000 performance by Zairock Musical Production, enlivened the festive stage in Belait District.

The 'Malam Pentas Insan Seni' took place in Tutong District. The performance was managed by Seni Kreatif Production.

The Festive Stage in Temburong District was glorified with Quran Verses Memorisation Competition organised by Utama Mohammad Salleh Mosque in Bangar Town and Kampung Batu Apoi Mosque. Present was Yang Berhormat Haji Awang Sulaiman bin Haji Nasir, Member of the Legislative Council.
